Some one has Natalie stripped down to her matching, bra, panties and suspender belt. He has her all tied up with rope very tightly. To keep her from crying out, he has stuffed her mouth, most likely with a pair of her panties. Her mouth is taped up with white duct tape so she cannot spit the wad out of her mouth.
